Chrono-Imprint

The time signature behind your profile.

Your birth leaves four Chrono Marks: the Year Mark, the Month Mark, the Day Mark and the Hour Mark. Each one carries a layer of information about your rhythm, your patterns, and how you move through life. Together they are your Chrono-Imprint.

Four Chrono Marks, eight in all. Each Mark is a stem above a branch, and nothing is added to your birth moment to produce them.

01What it is

A signature, not a forecast.

An imprint is a record of something that already happened. The four Chrono Marks are the state of the calendar at one moment, and that moment does not repeat: the year turns at 立春, the month follows the sun, and the hour divides the day into twelve. Together they fall into an arrangement that comes back around roughly once in sixty years, and never with your day and hour in the same places.

Nothing here predicts. What it does is name the rhythm you were handed, so the pattern you have been living inside has a shape you can look at from the outside.

02What your report maps

Three of the layers, and where they land.

Your report reads three of these layers and puts them on one page. Together they show you where you stand and where the flow is taking you.

01Your current life stage
Which of eight stretches you are standing in, each about ten years long, and what the one you are in is asking of you.On the page: Life stage
02Your ten-year arc
The shape of the stretch itself rather than the point you are at. What it is building toward and what it costs to be in it.On the page: This decade
03The year ahead
This year's own stem and branch read against your chart. One theme, and the months where it shows. On the page: This year

03The rest of it

Where the mechanics are written down.

This page names the idea. How the Marks are worked out from a date, and how a chart is written so you can read it without learning a script first, are each their own page.
